Group.Video Launched!

**Railtown** has expanded and now has a new office headquarters at **1199 West Hastings Street, Vancouver**.

## History

In the early days [Railtown](https://rail.town/) was run out of our homes, and local coffee shops in downtown Vancouver.

Later we rented space from _Launch Academy_, and operated [Railtown](https://rail.town/) out of the _Launch Academy_ space.

In 2019 [Railtown Ventures](https://rail.town/) grew to a size where we started to need our own dedicated space.

## Today

And in 2020, we have a new larger location for the [Railtown](https://rail.town/) headquarters — in the building at:

**1199 West Hastings Street, Vancouver**

Enough room for ourselves, our early stage portfolio startup companies, and those startup companies that are part of our _incubator_, or _accelerator_ programs.

[Wallace Smith](https://www.linkedin.com/in/wallace-smith-3977a074/) brings with him more than more than a decade of experience in the **construction industry**, as **CEO** of Jatoba Contracting Inc; which he founded in 2006.
Prior to founding Jatoba, he worked in the movie industry.
Today Wallace is CEO of _Modus Workflow_.

[Jenny Arntzen, PhD PMP](https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenny-arntzen-phd-pmp-66126711/) brings with her 5 years in the construction industry.
Jenny also has a PhD, where she focused on _project management_.
Prior to her work as a **project manager** in the **construction industry**, Jenny was an **Instructor** at the University of British Columbia (UBC).
Today Jenny is COO of _Modus Workflow_.
